Successful organizations result from quality leadership. Having access to a talented Board of Directors is a valuable asset for any leader. But talented individuals do not always translate immediately into a cohesive group of advisors. BLJ Group helps board members to understand the role of the board and their responsibilities as individual board members. Just as important is working with executive management to help them see the Board as a key partner in achieving the goals of the organization.
During our engagements, BLJ Group works directly with the Board and executive management to observe reporting processes, decision making processes and general communication. If recommendations for improvement are warranted, BLJ Group will interact with individuals or the group as a whole, as appropriate, to facilitate the desired changes. The results will be a more cohesive and effective Board of Directors. |
