Career Innovation Program

The Career Innovation Program (CIP) is an educational training program for business owners and leaders. Modules are designed for the following individuals who are:

We will introduce you to the many aspects required to create a successful new venture or develop new building blocks for your existing business. We will assist you in identifying “laser-beaming tactics” in order to identify your competitive advantage and increase your business and financial bottom-line.

We will examine the life cycle of a start-up company and/or take a snap-shot (environmental scan) of your current business from an innovator’s perspective, investor’s requirements and a business owner’s viewpoint.

Where are the “Critical Thinking and Decision Making Business Chasm for your business and how do you build the bridge to cross the chasm?

We will introduce BLJ’s 4Ms of the business cycle; Management, Marketing, Money (financial) and Metrics (your measurement for success) and tips on how to create your company’s Unique Selling Proposition (USP) as you build your competitive intelligence in order to survive in today’s global workplace.

The first step is our “On-Line Internet Self-Assessment. This will help you gain an early advantage by revealing your strengths, weaknesses opportunities and threats, in an effort to discover what industry/business you are probably best suited for based on your personal assessment, analysis and one-to-one interactive discussions with our experienced behavioral assessment expert.
